The Fob X advertisement came on one my feeds and after reading what it did I purchased it. The reasoning behind this was that there was no other installation required as it was a key fob. There was no need to have anything extra items installed in my Ranger ie alarm etc. Since using it I have a piece of mind knowing that the key fob is not sending a signal. Having the ability to disable the signal whenever I want is great and reactivating it is as easy as pressing a button on the fob. I highly recommend the Fob X for an easy solution to wireless key theft.
Great piece of kit. I have been using the FOB-X for months and it was easy to program and has been working flawlessly. Provides peace of mind that you are secure from a hack attack with the added bonus of remote start.
For the price I think its great value for money when it comes to keeping your vehicle safe
I have been using/testing FOB-X for about 4 months.
While my car is normally parked in a garage at home, I do travel a lot for work and stay in hotels/motels where the car is parked in front of your room. Being able to disable the keyless entry/start function is something that gives me peace of mind when travelling.
Also having the remote start option is great being a Qld�er and travelling to cold climates.
I came across Fob X about a month ago and thought it was a great idea straight away. Ive been really impressed with the simplicity of the design and how easy it is to use.
What I like most is the added peace of mind. Knowing I can disable the wireless signal from my key helps prevent relay (piggyback) theft while Im away from the vehicle. Even if someone were to get hold of my keys, they wouldnt be able to start the car without knowing how to re-enable the signal.
Another great feature is the ability to remote start directly from the key, which adds extra convenience on top of the security benefits.
Overall, Im very happy with the product and would definitely recommend it.
